  • Amarone docg
    This wine which boasts an ancient tradition is still made in small quantities from the best red grapes of the Valpolicella district, picked and left to dry on rafters until late winter. This full bodied and velvety smooth Amarone is characterized by its orange tinged deep red colour, its complex aromas of violets, raspberries and mint blossom and intense, velvety soft raisin-like flavours.

    One of the best available. Produced in the Garda area. From the best hand picked grapes (Merlot and Cabernet) with impressive, velvety smooth mouth filling succulent, super-ripe fruit flavours. Well balanced, medium bodied.
  • Rosso Assai lgt
    Red wine of great nobility from Tuscany , obtained by a careful vilification of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Colorino grapes coming from a single vineyard that was planted specifically for this wine. It receives a total ageing of 24 months in thin oak and is ten refined in the bottle for 6 months. Full of ripe fruits and well balanced.
  • Negresco doc
    Award winner. This red wine comes from vineyards of fine grapes linked to the Garda Classico Doc denomination, such as Groppello, Marzemino, Sangovese and Barbera. It is aged in oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling. Fruity and well structured red wine with individual character. Superb.

  • Greco di tufo docg
    Wonderful growing conditions combine to produce a Greco of great structure and class. Produced only from selected grapes, this wine is intensely aromatic with a hint of peaches and almonds and good weight of fruit on the palate that gives a sort, honeyed roundness.
  • Gavi di Gavi docg
    The Cortese grapes for this wine are grown on vines located in the Rovereto di Gavi district which is considered to be the best part of the Gavi di Gavi production zone. This superb example of Gavi di gavi has an intense fruity bouquet with floral essences and a clean but full bodied flavours of golden apples and light green almonds.

    Fabulous colour indicating great extraction. Mouth filling succulent super ripe fruit flavours are balanced with gentle spice and a hint of sweet creaminess from small oak barrels, good combination with most red meats and pasta.

We find it to be richer than the other houses standard cuvees and almost could almost be mistaken for a vintage cuvee. Powerful citrus and spiced apple flavours combine with a toasty biscuit edge.     The colour, brilliant pink, is shimmering and intense. The bubbles are fine and the mousse persistent. The nose, satisfyingly intense, is both fresh and young. It gives off aromas of red fruit (freshly crushed wild raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant). On the palate, this is a velvety wine of fine balance, and body - a subtle wine with flavours of fresh fruit. In all, a very pleasing wine of balance and youth.
