  • Use of Gift Card
    Posillipo gift cards can be used as full or part payment for food and drink at participating Posillipo restaurants.

    Locations
    Gift cards are redeemable at Posillipo restaurants in Broadstairs, Canterbury, and Faversham unless otherwise stated.

    Validity
    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this date will expire.

    Non-Refundable
    Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or resold.

    Partial Redemption
    If the value of a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

    Remaining Balance
    Any unused balance will remain on the gift card and may be used for future purchases within the validity period.

    Lost or Stolen Cards
    Posillipo cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards and they will not be replaced.

    Fraud or Misuse
    Posillipo reserves the right to cancel a gift card if fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

    Right to Amend
    Posillipo reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

    General
    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Gift Cards are monitored Monday to Friday. Please note that on Bank Holidays, our gift card monitoring service will be temporarily suspended. Our team will resume regular monitoring on the next business day.

    Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched same working day, gift cards are NOT dispatched on weekends.

    Sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

    Please note that there may be delays during Bank and Public Holidays and if there are any strikes taking place within Royal Mail.
